Balcony Railing Systems Operations

Beginning in 2019, we expanded our scope of work to include railing systems. This began with the installation of glass railings at the EXPO Linea project. Currently, we are working on processes of installation for railing systems at The Grand in Los Angeles, directly across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

Expo Linea

The Expo Linea project is a recently completed job that our team worked on for nearly 2 years. We installed doors, frames, base, shelf & pull, and hardware on all 4 buildings.

Expo Glass Rail Systems

Also on the Expo Linea project, we installed all of the glass railings on each of the 4 buildings. This project catalyzed the start of our work with railing systems operations.

Logan Memorial Elementary School

The Logan Memorial SDUSD Project is a fairly recent job that consists of 4 different structures spread out over the property. Attached below are photos taken before our work on the door openings began. Stay tuned to see the finished product of this work.

The Grand

(CURRENT PROJECT) Right across from the Disney Concert Hall is the current project we are about to start operating on: The Grand. This project consists of two separate towers: a 39-story apartment complex and a 20-story building adjacent to its counterpart. We will be installing railings on both structures.

LAX Airport Police Facility

LAX Airport Police Facility is a finished project that operated on at Los Angeles International Airport. At that building, our scope of work consisted of door, frame, and hardware installation. This project began in the beginning of 2021, and the work was completed in September of 2021.

Grand Hope Lofts
This High-Rise 34 story structure began for us in 2017, and we completed our work in 2018. The project, known as the Grand Hope Lofts, includes 526 residential units and approximately 6,200 square feet of ground-level commercial space.
The DHI Team
This is our crew huddled up at the Grand Hope Lofts High Rise construction site. This project began in mid-2017 and was completed in the late months of 2018.

Organizing Railing Material
During the process of installation, we make sure our material is spread out, prepped, and ready before it is used. Here is an example of that at the Grand, LA.
The Grand Los Angeles
This is a photo of one of our most recent projects, The Grand. It was taken from the employee parking lot.
Tower One, Los Angeles
The door, frame, and hardware installation on this building began and ended in 2018. Tower I is a 38 floor condominium tower located in the South Park district in Downtown Los Angeles.
The Grand Railings Progress
The Walt Disney Concert Hall can be seen directly across from our level 6 balcony railings. Once completed, onlookers will be able to see the finished project while passing by on Grand Avenue, the street that houses both the Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Grand building.
Grand Radius Railings
This area of the Grand project has been a tremendous milestone for our crew. We installed radius railings onto levels 4 and 6 of the building, which can be seen directly from Grand Ave.

October 2021
Julio Salas
For the month of October in 2021, we would like to highlight one of our team members, Julio Salas, for his tremendous contributions to our company. Julio naturally leads the way with his fantastic skills in welding and proactive methods to help with the rail installation process. On the Grand project in LA, he has diligently worked to ensure that our labor on that site is completed with quality, and his involvement in teamwork has been absolutely admirable. It's been a pleasure having him on our team.

SEPTEMBER 2021
Rodrigo Carbajal
For the month of September in 2021, we would like to acknowledge one of our journeymen installers, Rodrigo Carbajal. Rodrigo has been a significant part of our team since 2018, and he has shown impressive dedication and precision in his work and all else that he does. We would like to express our gratitude to him for his substantial help on our current site, The Grand in LA. Even during times of hassle, Rodrigo still manages to push forward and get the job done. His presence in the company is very much appreciated and honored.

AUGUST 2021
Roberto Vazquez
For the month of August in 2021, we would like to recognize one of our team members, Roberto Vazquez, for his hard work and valuable contributions to the company. Through his presence on the Grand project in LA, he has helped significantly by spearheading the drilling on rebar and plates on the railings. His work helped us move more swiftly and efficiently as a team, and we greatly appreciate having him as a part of our company.
